IBCP Results 2017

Students at The Malling School are celebrating examination success following the school’s first set of International Baccalaureate Careers Programme (IBCP) results. As the only high school in the Maidstone area currently running the IBCP The Malling School is delighted that pupils have achieved a remarkable 100% pass rate for the course. This is something that previous Sixth Form students have never achieved through the study of A levels, in fact, 50% of students have achieved a great number of UCAS points than if they had achieved 3 A* at A level.

Pupils have already managed to confirm their University places with all pupils that applied securing their first choice course and institution. Mr Roberts, Headteacher, said ‘We are delighted by the success of our young people who have worked extremely hard to achieve such amazing results. The IBCP has been transformational, not only for our Sixth Form students, but we are beginning to see the changes in students lower down the school too. This, alongside our best ever Sixth Form results, demonstrates that the IBCP is the right course for our students and we look forward to more success as we develop the programme further in the future’.
