Cats Protection League Visit

On the 28th January the Cats Protection League came into school to give talks to the Year 9 ASDAN and Year 12 Workskills students.

The League was founded in 1927 and has grown to become the UK's leading feline welfare charity. They help around 200,000 cats and kittens every year through their network of over 250 volunteer-run branches and 36 centres.

Students were told of the importance of ensuring cats are neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. As well as learning about PURRS - the leagues fundamental principles of cat care.

The league received a parcel of cat food and treats from the students as a thank you for visiting us.
